Ltd. and Shandong Changlin Import & Export Co., Ltd.
Our company owns the National Technical Research & Development Center
and 4 research institutes for construction machines, power tillers, diesel
engines, and agricultural machines. We employ more than 4,200 staff,
including 1,800 university graduates and 600 technical workers. Our factories
cover an area of 1,556,000 square meters, and our total asset reaches USD
500,000,000.
We are a rapidly growing company. Having obtained the ISO9001 certificate,
we have successfully developed more than 100 kinds of new products. With
production and marketing net systems using CAD computer system, our
company can produce 10,000 wheel loaders, 3,000 hydraulic excavators,
2,000 road rollers, 800,000 power tillers and diesel engines every year.
In the wheel loader line, Changlin has a full range of options, from a bucket
capacity of 1 m³ to 3.5 m³, and a horsepower range from 50 to 240. For
international markets, Chinese engines, Caterpillar engines under licensed
manufacturing, or an original Cummins engine could be options. The vibrating
roller series range from 12 tons, 14 tons, 16 tons, 18 tons, and 20 tons in
operating weight. These are mechanically driven. 18/21 and 21/25 are three
drums static rollers. We have 20 and 27 tons in operating weight of pneumatic
tires rollers. In 2003, Changlin started to cooperate with SHANTUI for
producing hydraulic excavator.
The hydraulic excavator series range from 6
tons, 13 tons, 21 tons, 23 tons, and 30 tons in operating weight. The tractor
series range from 18-200 horsepower and different kinds of farming, planting
and harvesting machines could be optional. The walking tractor series range
from SH41-201 and different kinds of farming, planting and harvesting
machines could be optional.
We provide world-class quality products from China. Our products are awarded
Non-Inspection Products in China and our SHUHE brand has won the honor of
the Chinese Well-Known Brand in 2004. Moreover, wheel loaders and

Hydraulic system
The loading-sensing hydraulic steering

The fluid joints are reliable in sealing because all of them are well-known brand in China. The pipe lines have long
durability.
Transmission and torque converter
Twin-turbine torque converter can make a full use of engine power and enlarge torque to make a lager traction

Cab
